The Absolute Best of South Australia
SALIFE is South Australia’s biggest-selling magazine, each month taking readers inside the state’s most spectacular homes, idyllic gardens, the latest in fashion, performing and visual arts, romantic weddings, and delicious food and wine. The SALIFE Awards, presented by Brand South Australia, brings the pages of SALIFE to life, in a spectacular awards program and celebration event.
The SALIFE Awards celebrates the finest in South Australian food, beverages, travel, luxury and design, as well as the individuals and businesses leading the way in their fields. Entrants for each category are nominated by the South Australian public and judged by an independent panel of industry experts. Winners are announced at the SALIFE Awards gala event, where the who’s who of South Australia come together to honour and celebrate the ‘absolute best’ of our magnificent state.
How The Program Works
Each year the public nominate worthy South Australian people, places, and businesses for the 14 individual award categories.
Each award category is shortlisted and assessed by an independent panel of industry experts.
The SALIFE Awards celebration event is attended by award category finalists, program stakeholders, businesses, members of the public and media.
The winners of each category will be announced at the Gala Awards on Wednesday, 4 December 2024, at the Piccadilly Theatre.

Stage 1: Nominations
Monday 2 September to Sunday 29 September 2024
Nominations open for the public to nominate worthy South Australian people, places, and businesses for the 14 individual award categories.
Stage 2: Shortlisting Process
14 – 31 October 2024
Nominees for all award categories are shortlisted and assessed by an industry panel of judges.
Stage 3: Awards Celebration Event
Wednesday 4 December 2024
Join us for an exclusive celebration of South Australia’s absolute best food, wine, and entertainment, as we reveal the winners of the SALIFE Awards. It’s the premier event of the year, bringing SALIFE to life!
Stage 4: SALIFE Magazine Coverage
Category award finalists and winners will be featured in an edition of the SALIFE magazine.
